Antonio of Venice breezed on Monday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 48.48 at Saratoga. That work was 1 of 13 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. He said, "He worked well. We had to scratch him on Saturday due to the wet track. So I gave him a little blowout this morning. He's doing very well."
Rudy will keep Antonio of Venice fresh as he looks for the next appropriate race.

Antonio of Venice breezed on Tuesday working 3 furlongs on the dirt in 36.16 at Saratoga. That work was 3 of 15 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. He said, "I don't expect tomorrow's race to come off the turf, therefore I don't expect him to run. I have him cross entered on Saturday and he'll probably run in that race. As such I wanted to give him a little blowout this morning. I worked him by himself and he went really nicely. We're now hoping we don't have a wet track on Saturday.
Antonio of Venice is entered to the Allowance N1x going 7 furlongs at Saratoga on June 7.
