Limit Up ran another strong race at Finger Lakes, finishing 2nd to an even money favorite who drew off. Limit Up was away best. He vied along the two-path, took charge on the turn, remained clear, then was no match.
We spoke with trainer Chris Englehart after the race and Chris said, "He ran very well today. It's just too bad that the other horse was in the race."
We spoke with Hibiscus Stables CEO Mike Oliveto after the race and Mike said, "This horse is very honest. He always shows up. No one was beating Keigs today. Second money is nice and we'll come back and get them next time."
Limit Up earned $2,800 for Tuesday's race at Finger Lakes.
Chris will see how Limit Up comes out of the race and point him accordingly, most likely in the same race next time.

Limit Up breezed on Thursday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 51.10 at Finger Lakes. That work was 14 of 15 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Chris Englehart after the breeze. Chris said, "He worked fine. I just wanted to get this breeze into him before his race next week."
Chris entered Limit Up to the $5,000 Claiming N2Y going 5 1/2 furlongs at Finger Lakes on October 6.
