Antonio of Venice breezed on Wednesday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 50.00 over the Belmont Park Training Track. That work was 38 of 63 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. Rudy said, "He worked well and is doing fine. I'm looking to see where we might run him next. I'd like to try him on the turf at some point so that might be in his future."
Rudy will breeze Antonio of Venice on a 7-day breeze schedule preparing him for him next race.

Antonio of Venice breezed on Wednesday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 49.40 over the Belmont Park Training Track. That work was 17 of 38 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. He said, "He breezed very well this morning. He's doing great. I have him entered to a little stake on Monday at Finger Lakes but we'll probably scratch from that. I want to run him in a better spot."
Rudy will keep Antonio of Venice fresh as he looks for the appropriate next race.
