Nonno Joe breezed on Saturday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 48.40 at Saratoga. That work was 18 of 111 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. Rudy said, "He breezed extremely well this morning. He's been training very well. We've got him entered on Thursday and we're looking forward to that race."
Nonno Joe is entered to the $50,000 Maiden Claiming race going 1 1/16 miles on the turf at Saratoga on July 29.

Nonno Joe breezed on Friday working 4 furlongs on the dirt in 51.45 at Saratoga. That work was 19 of 20 at the distance.
We spoke with trainer Rudy Rodriguez after the breeze. Rudy said, "He worked very well this morning. I worked him with another horse and he breezed very nicely. I intend to enter him on Sunday for a race next week."
